Gateway STEM

Gateway STEM opened in 1956 as the John J. O’Fallon Technical High School and became Gateway STEM, a public magnet school, in 1992, according to the school’s history page.

The school was built for a 2,500 student population and cost $6 million, according to an April 24, 1956, St. Louis Globe-Democrat article.
